Do I need to move out before showings begin?

No. Most sellers continue living in their homes while they are listed. You’ll need to plan leave during individual showings so buyers can look around comfortably, but you do not have to move out completely. We’ll discuss showing schedules, pets, children, work routines, and any other concerns so we can create a plan that is practical for your household while still making the home accessible to buyers.
